What's new?
The v2 endpoints introduce a structural change to how ID Details are collected during the loan application process.
Previously, ID Details (such as passport and driver licence information) were collected as part of the Access Seeker stage. In v2, this collection has been moved to the Application Submission stage, providing a more logical flow where identity verification happens at the point of application submission rather than during initial eligibility checks.
What's changed?
Access Seeker v2
ID Details fields have been removed from the Access Seeker endpoint. The endpoint now focuses solely on eligibility checks without requiring identity documents upfront.
Application Submission v2
ID Details fields have been added to the Application Submission endpoint. You will now provide identity information (e.g. passport or driver licence details) when submitting the application.
⚠️ Deprecation of v1
The v1 versions of both endpoints have been deprecated. While they will continue to function, we strongly recommend migrating to v2 at your earliest convenience.
DANGER
The v1 endpoints will be retired at 13/09/2026.
